Use Stella Search to find the book. Once the item is found, log in to Stella and use the 'Click and Collect' button. There is a drop-down menu to select the desired collection point (e.g. BLU Counter, Hamilton etc.). You will be notified via email once the item has arrived at the selected library for collection.
Some materials may only be requested by call slip. Call slips are small forms that were traditionally used to request books and journals from storage.
Since the introduction of Click and Collect, call slips need only be used in certain circumstances, generally when it is the only option listed in Stella Search.
Call slips are available at Library counters.
