Can I borrow newspapers or journals from the Library?
Last Updated: Aug 02, 2023     Views: 77

Print journals and newspapers are for consultation use only and may not be removed from the Library.

Some journals are on the open shelves, but most are in Storage. Issues are requested by completing a paper call slip, available from Service Counters, and handing it to counter staff in the former Berkeley Library, St James's Medical Library, or the Hamilton Library. It should be noted that journals published pre-1950 can only be consulted through Early Printed Books.

Many journals and newspapers are available online, via Stella Search or by installing our Lean Library browser extension. See our off campus access page for details.
