The locations Santry, Stacks and External Storage refer to library materials in Storage - so, not on Open Shelves; a reader cannot go to these locations and physically take a book off the shelf. It is a closed system, accessed by Library staff.
Items are either ordered through the Library Catalogue using Click and Collect, or by filling in a paper call slip (available from Service Desks).
