Click and Collect is our name for a service that brings many of the Library's items to a Service Desk to be collected by a reader.
Until 2025, this only applied to items in storage; from September 2025 this has been extended to items on the Open Shelves (that is, in normal Library buildings) and is also used to recall an item that is on loan to a reader.
